Dear Student,

Learning English is a matter of becoming familiar with the sounds, shapes, and sequences of words. Not only do you have to recognize und understand words, you will have to process them quickly as you speak or listen. In order to automatize language use it is a good idea to rehearse words and phrases in different situations, doing different things many times.

Remember, for every hour in class you should spend 1/3, that is 20 minutes reviewing and rehearsing the language you want to master.
